SCIENCE GOSSIP

I am a fan of Carl Sagan's "Cosmos". The original series, and the attached book, changed my life. Now a complete new "Cosmos" series is in television screens worldwide, helmed by Neil DeGrasse Tyson.

An this year I have produced a more modest TV series, "Science Gossip". Here are the DVD covers for China and Taiwan.

Did you know that Darwin has a crater on the Moon? Or that Einstein was bad at maths? Did you know that Newton was such a nasty tempered man that almost no-one dared to go to his classes? Or that an Italian invented the telephone before Graham Bell did? Little details, curious aspects, gossip from the lives of the most famous scientists. All this reveals their more human side together with a series of juicy and amusing anecdotes. Our aim is to attract viewers and stimulate an interest in the world of science

Well, if interested and if you talk Chinese, look for it. It's worth watching!

Hey, and if you talk English, no worries, it's available in the States too!

By the way, "Science Gossip" has been possible thanks to the financial coproduction of FECYT (Fundación Española para la Ciencia y la Tecnología).
